Referral-service scope
CannPayments is an independent referral service, not a bank, payment processor, payment facilitator, card network, or money transmitter. Payment services are contracted with, provided by, and supported by independent providers. We may receive compensation from providers for referrals or resulting activity. CannPayments does not process, settle, hold, refund, or move funds.
No product offer or guarantee
Information is general and is not legal, tax, investment, compliance, or financial advice. No product, pricing, coverage, response time, eligibility, approval, funding, account opening, settlement, or business outcome is promised.
Provider independence
Any payment-service relationship is directly between the merchant and the identified independent provider. That provider owns contracting, onboarding, verification, settlement, returns, disputes, fraud controls, support, and regulatory duties.
A provider's own terms and privacy notice govern its application and service. You remain responsible for evaluating any provider and professional advice you need.
Platform consent, future referral consent, and acceptable use
Future matching may use only current written provider eligibility criteria before any commercial consideration; compensation never creates eligibility. Before a referral, you must choose one named provider and affirm a separate versioned consent listing the exact fields to be shared. One consent cannot be used for multiple providers. Future-update choices are separate for each service and default off.
The required platform consent permits manual follow-up only through the authorized channel about selected services. It is not provider consent. Optional future-update choices remain independent and off by default.
Do not enter sensitive or document-based information, probe the service for unauthorized access, misrepresent a business, or use the preview to facilitate an unlawful or disguised financial transaction.
Availability and changes
Access may change or end without notice. Policy and consent versions, timestamps, and the 180-day retention-expiration marker are recorded. Provider referral activation remains blocked until all stated gates are approved.
